About the HLD3600

The Eaton Cutler-Hammer HLD3600 circuit breaker has an L type of frame and it is part of the C Series of circuit protection products. The circuit breaker is the LD type and it is a 600 Volts AC rated device with a maximum continuous current of 600 Amps. The factory-sealed HLD3600 circuit breaker supports reverse feed and it is intended only for applications where AC power source is used. This kind of circuit protection solution offers flexibility, reliability, and many features that can be used to achieve better results and to reduce costs through better efficiency. These circuit breakers will help in maintaining suggested power continuity without any disruption or downtime. The HLD3600 circuit breaker has 3 poles and it also features a high interrupting capacity of 65 kAIC at 480 Volts AC input voltage.

The HLD3600 comes as a complete unit, but the users can choose to order parts such as trip units or terminals separately. This circuit breaker consists of a frame, a thermal magnetic adjustable trip unit, and terminals. The LD type of circuit breaker has interchangeable trip units and that is an advantage over other frames. These circuit breakers are manufactured under strict procedures and they are in accordance with the UL 489 Standard by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. and the International Electrotechnical Commission Recommendations No. IEC 947-2. Besides the various features that the L-frame circuit breakers have, they are also equipped with an additional auxiliary switch and signaling alarm or so-called lockout switch that it can be utilized for special applications. The HLD3600 circuit breaker has a panel mounting option and molded case.
