About the HJD3090

The HJD3090 circuit breaker with a molded case is part of Series C of the circuit breaker from Eaton Cutler-Hammer and it represents a perfect and cost-effective solution for proper circuit protection for the systems that run industrial machinery. The Series C circuit breakers come in 8 different frames and their amperage rating spans from 70 to 225 Amps. In addition to that, these circuit protection devices are made with 2, 3, or 4 poles for different uses. These circuit breakers come with primarily installed accessories which are accessed through the cover. As far as the certification for these circuit breakers, the Eaton Series C devices are UL listed and CSA certified. There are some limited IEC variants which are not dual-rated in every case. The Cutler-Hammer circuit protection devices offer a wide range of features to prevent the risks that come with short circuits and current overloads. The circuit breakers from this series are tested with ICD products and there are power distribution blocks that are available. These circuit breakers have direct current options for most frames rated at up to MDL 800 Amps or 600 Volts DC and for the FD, KD, and MDL frames up to 1000 Volts DC.
