About the HFD2100

The HFD2100 is an F Frame Eaton Cutler-Hammer circuit breaker that can be used in high-intensity discharge (HID) applications. This module, which belongs to Series C, measures 2.750 by 3.375 by 6 inches. This HACR-rated circuit breaker is also suitable for industrial machinery that relies on reverse feed use. The HFD2100, which is 2-poled, comes with a molded case and features a voltage rating of 277 Volts AC. On the other hand, the HFD2100’s current rating is 100 Amps at 40 degrees Celsius. The HFD2100 circuit breaker’s interrupt rating is 65 kA at 480 Volts AC. To optimize its performance, the HFD2100 has been equipped with a non-interchangeable magnetic trip. Other special features of the HFD2100 circuit breaker include standard pressure-based load terminals, a load side, and a fixed thermal trip.

The HFD2100 can operate at a frequency of between 50 and 60 Hertz. With a bolt-on type of terminal connection and a completely non-interchangeable trip, this module gives users superior safety features for all their industrial needs.
