About the EDH2200

The EDH2200 is a thermal-magnetic circuit breaker manufactured by Eaton Cutler-Hammer. The Cutler-Hammer EDH2200 circuit breaker is part of Series C of the EHD Type of molded case circuit breakers. The Cutler-Hammer EDH2200 circuit breaker features 200 Amps of current rating, 240 Volts AC voltage, 2 poles, 1 operating phase, and long time and instantaneous trip functions. The Cutler-Hammer EDH2200 circuit breaker is contained in a Frame F size enclosure. The Cutler-Hammer EDH2200 circuit breaker has an IQ Energy Sentinel which is a highly accurate microprocessor-based device used in monitoring power and providing energy readings. The main advantage of the IQ Energy Sentinel includes lower expenses for installation, savings on space, and the ability for the users to monitor the Cutler-Hammer EDH2200 circuit breaker remotely. The IQ Energy Sentinel is mounted on the load side of the Cutler-Hammer EDH2200 circuit breaker. The Cutler-Hammer EDH2200 circuit breaker is configured with a ground fault alarm unit which is remotely installed and consists of an indicating light, and a test button that lights up when the circuit breaker trips.

The Cutler-Hammer EDH2200 circuit breaker may be equipped with a potential transformer device to provide a voltage input to enable the circuit breaker trip unit to control the power, energy, and the power factor. The potential transformer device features a 6 Volts AC transformer with a primary voltage input of up to 600 Volts for a line-to-line connection. The Cutler-Hammer EDH2200 circuit breaker can be integrated with another EDH Type of circuit breaker if they are spaced 1/4-inch apart by using a walking beam interlock. The selected alternate long and short stud assembly enhances proper clearances between the 2 poles of the Cutler-Hammer EDH2200 circuit breaker. The Cutler-Hammer EDH2200 circuit breaker can be equipped with plug-in adapters which simplify installation and the front removal of the circuit breaker. The Cutler-Hammer EDH2200 circuit breaker terminals are connected to the panelboard bus by using the panelboard attaching straps. The non-pad-lockable handle protects the Cutler-Hammer EDH2200 circuit breaker handle in either the on or the off position.
