About the EDH2175

The EDH2175 is a molded case circuit breaker manufactured by Eaton Cutler-Hammer. The Cutler-Hammer EDH2175 circuit breaker is part of Series C of the EDH Type of molded case circuit breakers. The Cutler-Hammer EDH2175 circuit breaker features 175 Amps of current rating at 40 degrees Celsius, 240 Volts AC voltage, 2 poles, 125 Volts DC voltage, 10 kAIC at 125 Volts DC, 100 kAIC at 240 Volts AC at 50 to 60 Hertz, and a standard pressure load terminal. The Cutler-Hammer EDH2175 circuit breaker is contained in a Frame F Enclosure. The Cutler-Hammer EDH2175 circuit breaker can be housed in a weatherproof sheet steel enclosure by using a 3R rainproof surface mounting for the circuit breaker to act as a main protective and disconnecting component for the feeder circuit. The Cutler-Hammer EDH2175 circuit breaker is equipped with a PM3 device which is versatile for secure communication to a local network or the internet via the Power Xpert® Gateways. The Cutler-Hammer EDH2175 circuit breaker can be configured with a wire seal used to protect the circuit breaker cover on the trip unit to avoid adjustments after the settings are accomplished.

End cap accessory kits can be provided with the Cutler-Hammer EDH2175 circuit breaker for load and line conductor terminations. The end cap protects the conductor by using a ring-type connector. The Cutler-Hammer EDH2175 circuit breaker provides reliable, high quality, unique performance, and sustainable value. An auxiliary switch is optional for use with the Cutler-Hammer EDH2175 circuit breaker to enable the monitoring panel to indicate the status of the circuit breaker electrically. The Cutler-Hammer EDH2175 circuit breaker features a cause-of-trip LED module which provides a cause-of-trip indication through LEDs. The module connects directly onto the Cutler-Hammer EDH2175 circuit breaker trip unit. When the Cutler-Hammer EDH2175 circuit breaker trips, the cause-of-trip LED module will indicate the cause of a trip through the LED indication. The cause-of-trip LED module is reset after the resetting of the Cutler-Hammer EDH2175 circuit breaker.
