About the EDB3200

The Eaton EDB3200 molded case circuit breaker has a NEMA Style F frame and it is part of Series C. This EDB circuit breaker model has 3 poles and it features a fixed thermal-magnetic trip. This circuit breaker significantly reduces costs and it will provide comprehensive industrial solutions with its numerous functionalities. The EDB3200 model is certified according to the latest standards, including the UL, CSA and the IEC. The EDB3200 has an output current range of 100 to 226 Amps (continuous) at 40 degrees Celsius and a 240 Volts AC/125 Volts DC voltage rating with 22 kAIC, which refers to the UL-listed interruption rating. This type EDB circuit breaker also features cable in/cable out and load terminal only options. This device comes in standard dimensions and with an interrupting voltage capacity of 480 Volts at 100 kAIC and 600 Volts at 35 kAIC.

The accessories available for this circuit breaker are accessed through the cover and they come preinstalled at the factory. When it comes to Series C, these circuit breakers have fewer options than Series G circuit breakers and they are intended primarily for the domestic market. The combination rating features of the Series C circuit breakers include the availability of blocks for power distribution which are tested with ICD products and DC options for most frames rated at up to MDL 800 Amps and 600 Volts DC/FD-KD-MDL at up to 1000 Volts DC. The standard ambient temperature for the EDB3200 circuit breaker and the rest of the products from this series is 40 degrees Celsius maximum, but it can be used at a range of -20 degrees Celsius to +70 degrees Celsius with a special calibration. The mounting of the EDB3200 is performed through a panel.
