The ED3100 is a frequency inverter manufactured by Shenzhen Easy Drive Inverter Technology, Ltd. The frequency inverter is a superior performing vector control inverter that is able to precisely control the speed, vector, and torque of industrial equipment. The adoption of the latest technology allows the ED3100 to operate with sensorless vector control. Motor constraint self-identification, analog current input, switch value input, a flexible frequency setting method, online switch of multiple frequency methods, online constant modification, pulse frequency settings constant memory during power failure, transverse operation with fixed and variable amplitude, and RS 485 communication are some of the most notable features that make the ED3100 the most appealing device in the frequency inverter class. The ED3100 not only enhances the system's reliability by maintaining control over speed, but it also cuts down operational costs by a significant amount. This increases financial efficiency and productivity simultaneously.
The ED3100 offers 2 types of inverter classes: the constant torque and the fan water pump class. The built-in braking system aids in improving productivity. Two voltage classes are available and they are the 220 Volts and 380 Volts classes with 5 categories of adaption motors listing 1.5 kilowatts, 7.5 kilowatts, 11 kilowatts, 18.5 kilowatts, and 110 kilowatts of output power. The input module is a 3-phase 380 Volts AC 50 to 60 Hertz frequency and the output current is 0 to 380 Volts, 0 to 400 Hertz, 2.2 kilowatts, and 5.5 Amps. One important installation specification to keep in mind is to make sure to never install frequency drivers with missing components because this can lead to serious accidents. The users must always hold the case while carrying the inverter instead of holding it by the front part. In order to avoid the risk of fire, avoid attaching the inverter to combustible materials.
Manufacturer Part Numbers (MPNs) are often difficult to read. Here are some commonly mistaken versions for the ED3100:
